Can I return something? Returns: We hope you LOVE your Girly items. However, should you need to return an item to us, you may do so within 30 days of your receipt of the item(s) with the following conditions:
1) Items that are returned within 7 days from the date of your receipt of the items are eligible for a refund of the purchase price (no refunds given on the original shipping fee). Items returned after 7 days, but within the 30 day period are eligible for a Girly merchandise credit or exchange only.
2) You must contact Girly before you return the items to receive a Return Authorization Number (referred to henceforth as RA#). The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages will not be accepted for return without the RA#.
3) Items must be returned to Girly unworn, undamaged and with original packaging in tact. *All merchandise we send to you is brand new and thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control department to insure that your special Girly items are in perfect condition. As a result, we do not accept any item that has any signs of wear (scratches, broken chains, bent ear posts, etc.).
4) Pack the items securely with the original receipt sent to you. You may choose to purchase insurance for shipping as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Back to Top

At Girly we appreciate your interaction with us and we are committed to protect your personal information as we would our own. Paypal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using Paypal, we don't receive sensitive financial information like your bank account number. Girly also uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL ensures that your personal information is not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. We protect our Girlys!
